Hey there! My name is Katrina and I’m the face behind the bakery.

Growing up in southern Louisiana I was surrounded by a big family and lots of incredible food. I learned to cook and bake from my parents, who combined eclectic flavors with classic recipes, using local ingredients. I try to carry on this tradition through my baking.

I love the diversity that baking has to offer, and I love sharing cakes + kindness with people all over the Dallas area (and beyond-I travel!).

I am able to create custom, allergy friendly birthday cakes and wedding cakes upon request.
